If you happen to be a resident in the building across from my condo, you most likely find
occasional entertainment from this gal. Let me explain.
Last night, for instance, I decided I was going to practice a few yoga poses I've been trying to work on -
crow,
side crow,
head stand, etc. - some of the harder poses I've been trying to improve.
Let's just say I need a little more practice before I master these tricks, and my neighbors across the way get to see the practice in action, such as me falling out of headstand straight into the couch, landing face-forward when my arms fail me in crow, and Betty pulling at my hair while I'm in a handstand. All the while, I'm laughing at myself as I'm learning, and Betty is looking at me like I am nuts. She's probably not too far off.
If I were my neighbor, you better believe I would be heating up a bag of popcorn, pulling up a seat by the window, and watching this live entertainment. As for me, I'll continue practicing...maybe notifying my neighbors of upcoming practice sessions, so they can block off their calendars and get ready for another evening of true entertainment.
